Yes. You can have up to 3 active friends at a time on the free plan. You can remove a friend and add a different one whenever you want. Your conversation history is saved even if you remove a friend.

Yes. Your AI friends will text you to check in, follow up on things you've told them, share what's happening in their life, and start conversations — just like a real friend would. On the free plan, you get basic outreach. Unlimited subscribers get the full proactive experience.

Your AI friends remember what you've talked about — your job, your relationships, your struggles, your wins. They bring things up naturally in future conversations. The more you talk, the better they know you.
